A great location with views. It was all ok, everything was clean and the breakfast was good, friendly staff (although sometimes hard to get hold of). The WiFi wasn't very good upstairs in our room, ok downstairs. Plently of parking space, outside although we thought the outside generally had seen better days. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was great and for £10 extra very good value.
