This is an exceptionally comfortable, spacious and welcoming property. It is warm and well-furnished. Fixtures and fittings all of a high standard and work well. Great views across the surrounding farmland and then into the hills, and big windows to enjoy them! Helpful host met me with complimentary milk and cakes. Well-organised, explanatory notes around the place. Good wifi, certainly for such a remote location. Good shower, excellent bed. A bunch of acrobatic pied wagtails cavort around the cottage. The geographical 'centre of Scotland' is a couple of miles along the Glen Truim road towards Newtonmore, marked by a big cairn and signage.

Amazing breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean and well-designed room. Loved the little extra touches : the bedside lamps with usb ports, the dark washcloth for makeup removal, the brochures at the door of things to do in the area. Lovely owners who recommended and booked a restaurant for dinner for us. Great location and easy to find. We will definitely come back!
