Rooms were spacious and bright. Lovely setting, friendly staff and so close to the Harbour. Food was delicious in the restaurant. We also like the option of taking breakfast away in a takeaway box due to leaving so early to catch a Ferry. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

The Lodge is in a beautiful area near Bournemouth. Behind the owners' house in the garden there is the wooden lodge. It contains a living-room with a furnished kitchen containing anything you need. There were healthy oats and milk and juice in the fridge for breakfast. Furthermore there is the bedroom and the bathroom. Everything was nicely decorated and clean of course, even outside the house. But what struck us most was Greg's reception. He explained everything to us in a friendly way. We would have liked to stay for another night, but it was already reserved. So whenever we come here again, we will stay with Greg and his family. Thank you for your hospitality!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation in Poole. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained — everything looked exactly like the photos. The bed was very cozy, and all the facilities were modern and well thought out. The location was perfect — peaceful yet close to local shops, transport links, and the seafront. It made getting around so easy. The host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the fresh linens to the small thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The secure car parking at rear was essential because no street parking nearby. Stayed 3 nights in a well appointed church view dormer room with a comfortable bed in a quiet residential area. Communication with owner (Jenny) was easy/clear and no problem with meeting for our arrival to show the access to the rear parking. A great location for walking access to the Poole Quay area.

Location of the hotel is good and the views out the front are quaint. Decent car park at the front with Free parking which is always nice. The only positives i found with this hotel were unfortunately outside!!

Good arrangements for free parking at the adjacent public car park. 30 minutes driving distance from most tourist spots we wanted to visit. Many excellent restaurants in the nearby vicinity. Snacks, tea, coffee, bottle of wine ws left for us on arrival. Netflix, prime video, You tube all available on a HD tv.

What an excellent concept. A charity training centre where surplus rooms are let out to the benefit of the charity and visitors. The property is maintained immaculately, with very friendly and helpful staff. The bedrooms are configured to give views of the inner harbour, where one can watch lifeboat staff under training. A small car park provides secure parking.
