We're very well received and felt extremely comfortable during our stay. The accommodation is close to the city center, and everything can be done on foot. This was such an intriguing stay. We stayed in the room at the top of the house and it was AWESOME. I loved all of the windows and the clean bathroom. You got a sense of finally escaping the worries of the world and settling in. The dinner was super and I would recommend booking that in addition to the room. Breakfast was also great. Everything was high-end and done to perfection. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

Very cozy and warm atmosphere. Spacious and well organized room with everything, even the coffee machine with capsules. Spacious shower with very good water pressure. Splendid view from the roof window. Perfect position to explore Skye. Host super nice and welcoming, we will be glad to come back.

Rowan cottage was within easy walking distance to the centre of Portree my granddaughter found a quick route on an app the location was really quiet, cottage is very cosy beds are comfortable. lots of piping hot water , great shower. the kitchen is well equipped. We had a wonderful time in Skye the weather for April was terrific after longs days sightseeing it was so lovely to come back to a log fire.

    Extremely comfortable, beautiful and pleasant stay. Everything was extra clean and the host (Susan) is very kind. She made the best breakfast in Scotland! There is a free parking lot in front of the house, to the center of village Portree is just few minutes by foot. The room is spacious, the bed a little softer, but extremely comfortable. It was very quit and I slept like a baby. If I ever visit Portree again, I will definitely stay here.
