The place is well prepared, clean and with a great final touch to the details, great for family and longer stay with various amenities. Close to the city center but without any noise and busy street issues (small side street isolating from the main traffic).

Everything about this accommodation was fantastic. The hosts were just so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. The games/breakfast room was great and comfortable to sit in and relax. Parking at the front door. Breakfast is in the games room and has everything you could want - cereal, fruit, bread, eggs and cakes, yoghurt etc. You can use the microwave, Toaster or hob to cook the eggs and we had enough food for lunch too. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone and would definitely stay there again if visiting Kelso. 5 star rating!

It was cosy with tasteful decoration. Absolutely enjoyed the duvet, must say it was an eye opener. We have bought one for ourselves and suggested for our friends too.

Great and luxurious stay. Great and very big room and bathroom. You can read one of the many books available in the house or enjoy the gardens. Breakfast was excellent and organised as such that you can connect with other guests.
