It was awesome time during living in the Ambassadori. The room was great. The service was like in Dubai. Everyone from the staff perspective provided solid quality of the service. Separately, i wanna highlight 2 person which provided huge service: 1. Tornike from the rent of the ski equipment. 2. Demetre from the reception. This 2 guys made my family vacation deeply comfortable. One case: when i have requested glasses, for wine, i was asked: for red or white. In 5 minutes everything was on my table. There are only warm feelings about the Ambassadori. Feel, that we will come back.

"We had an exceptional stay at this hotel from February 10 to 13, 2025. Everything was perfect! The hotel is new and very well maintained. The rooms were large, spacious, and perfectly clean. The pool and sauna were also spotless and very enjoyable. The staff was always available, kind, and professional.
