Everything was excellent!! Breakfast was the best. Everyday a lot of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. I like when we were greeted at the front door with staff members and they took care of our luggage and took the time to talk to us about the Hitel and our stay.

Excellent location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Very clean and well equiped with everything you need for your stay, even foldable chair, bed, and quality umbrela for the beach. Quiet neighbourhood at 5 minutes walk from the center.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The place came equipped with every appliance and amenity we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was perfect, and the little thoughtful touches throughout the apartment really made it feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely book again! Good afternoon. We stayed in these apartments in July 2024. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean (not all 5* hotels are so clean and cozy). There is a cafe on the territory. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHRIMPS AND RIBS AND KEG BEER. Very close to the sea. I recommend this cozy hotel!

The building is located at the exit of the center of Hanioti. One of your bedrooms will always face a relatively quiet street where a public football field is located, but depending on the apartment that you get, the second bedroom will either face a really quiet corner or a busy shopping street that's active until much past midnight. We faced the busy street, which resulted in some opening/closing of balcony doors and windows during the night to balance fresh air with street noise. The sound insulation of the doors and windows is excellent, so you can shut down the noise, although it could get hot with windows closed. Collecting the keys was super-easy, as the owner was sitting in front of the building when we arrived. The host, Giannis, is extremely pleasant and easy-going, and is available in front of the apartments almost always when you may need him. Phone communication with Giannis' daughter is always an option, in case you need something at other times. I can't remember the last time I was hosted by such wonderful hosts. Any small issue that we ran into was very quickly solved. The apartment is spacious and clean, cleaned every 3-4 days with bedsheet and towel changes. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from amenities such as fast food, restaurants, Masoutis supermarket, and anything else you may need. It is also close to the central beach of Hanioti.

    The hotel has a large parking lot. The room was wide enough, cleaned well. Friendly staff. The team at the pool bar extremely friendly and responsive. The beach is 20-30 meters from your room.

    The best thing was the car parking. It was inside the gated area that in Hanioti is bonus. Apartment is new and fancy designed. Has a big terrace. It is closed to the town center and many restaurants.

    Everything was perfect. Cleaning top, daily, towels changed daily or when needed. Very good breakfast. Large rooms with terrace. Ladies from reception were helpful and helped us with the car parking as we didn’t have a reservation. Very clean and large swimming pool. Close to the beach. Although we didn’t stay at the Hanioti beach because it was way too crowded it is indeed close.
