We appreciated the free upgrade given to us. The staffs are very friendly, professional and polite. The restaurant had a very good selection of food and very affordable. It was a beautiful spot to break your routine life. Not a lot of people. It had a clean and amazing sights. Friendly staffs and very accommodative. Check in was smooth, you can ask for any request and staffs help to fulfill it. We had a city tour organized by the resort. It was good. This was a best vacation with my family. We had party for new year celebration with barbeque dinner. It has singing , dancing and karaoke 🎤 . We enjoyed the night 🌃 Wonderful experience!

The resort is on the remote part of the island of Bintan. It’s been beautifully designed with traditional Indonesian straw roof. The pristine small beach is only 50 meters away, the staff are wonderful people with real empathy and and professionalism. The food is also great. If you’re either living in nearby Singapore of visiting for business you really must spent some time in this resort to destress. They also have a highly recommended spa by the river. What’s not to like?
