Bed was super comfy and room was a nice size. I liked the fact that there was no official check in, just provided door code and straight in. The extra touch of providing little biscoff biscuits at the tea/coffee area and complimentary bottles of water.

Has to be the nicest place we've stayed for long weekend, very satisfying and we are looking forward to staying again. We arrived late as we were caught up with rally details. When we arrived the heating and lighting were on and the accomodation was cosy and comfortable. The lady came to introduce herself and was very welcoming and said if there was anything we needed just knock on her door. We had milk in the fridge and lovely cookies to have with the tea / coffee. The accomodation was wonderful, lovely decor and spotlessly clean. Only downside was we were only there for one night. Definetly will stay here again and thankyou to our host for the most wonderful stay your property is amazing and so are your hosting skills Colette, Noel and Shane

It has everything that you need. The netflix acc is a nice plus. I went here for the olde shillelagh and got my hands one the only one that he had ready. Definitely visit the shillelagh maker and the pub. Very friendly locals.

For those who want to walk in the Wicklow Mountains or do the Miners Walk at Glendalough, the Upper and Lower Lake: Hacketstown is a beautiful starting point. By car you are in your walking area within half an hour. By train from Carlow an hour to the heart of Dublin. The apartment above the Corner's Pub is approx. 100 m2, practical and well furnished for 2 to 4 people. The owners are the same owners of the pub downstairs, where you can also enjoy a nice meal. Everything around the same square: a supermarket, a takeaway, a pharmacy and a doctor's office. Highly recommended. We were completely happy with this apartment.
