We had 2 nights stay at Prasad villa last week. It was really very very comfortable. Entire villa is as per the pictures shown on internet. Neat, clean, spacious rooms in beautiful mango wadi. Homemade Food is really awesome and tasty and also very competitive rates. We tried fish thali, chicken thali, fish fry, prawns fry, tisrya.. each dish is very tasty. Service is also very good. One thing to mention, since this homestay started in December they still doing lot of improvements. E.g TV, refrigerator is not there but it is mentioned in booking.com. very soon they are going to add it. I could say this is one of the best homestay in Ratnagiri with affordable rates. Very near to main city. We will definitely visit again and again.

We had our stay in Hornbill Homestay dated 12th & 13th Dec 2024. This was really overall awesome experience in terms of stay, food & also locality considering it's proximity with Ratnagiri station.. Would like to mention we were with our 11 month old baby and requested Dhoke Sir & Madam for necessary arrangements,they cooperated with us so well making it awesome experience. It's very beautiful place to stay. Quite surroundings. Peaceful. Birds chirping. Sea beach walkable distance. Backwater at few meters. All the trees and plants of medicinal surrounding. Fresh breath to take. Safety place. Very close to city. But surrounded by nature. Took ayurvedic treatment for spine and weight and felt very relaxing and can't explain in words.
