It is so beautiful that you"ll want it for yourself !:) Dinner and lunch available on site (also very good).. plenty of hiking options ..and the hosts are very helpful too (speaking italian would make your life much easier but even if not you can manage). Will return to this place ! *It is remote through a long stretch of unpaved road but it s absolutely worth it !

The place is very clean, cozy, with new furniture and fresh renovations. At the same time you are in the middle of the nature. So, this great combination gives you the comfort and relax. Hosts - Dina and Tony are really one of the best I’ve ever seen in Italy. They really care about you. Definitely recommended.

It is a family house where rooms are rented out on the first floor. The rooms are wonderful, comfortable and have everything you need. The terrace is huge. The surroundings are like from a fairy tale. The owners are wonderful people. We were there for Christmas and they even brought us cakes that they made for themselves.     This is a fantastic hotel. Beautifully appointed and run by a family that understand how to make clients super happy. Excellent AC - important for us. Comfortable beds and bathrooms, a modern and spacious elevator. Nearby free parking. Delicious breakfast and just the nicest host. What is not to like!

    Getting their using google maps was a bit treacherous. Make sure you contact host before you try to drive there for specific driving and parking instructions. Beautiful setting but a bit hard to drive to.

    Highly recommended. Albergo Merùo is a delightful, traditional yet modern comfortable hotel in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. The owner is super-helpful.and can tell you a lot about the area, even just through Google translate. The room was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was extensive and tasty with Italian cheeses, pastries and great coffee. Parking was 2 minutes up the road and very easy.

    Lovely stay in Morano Calabro! The owner of the hotel was very helpful in suggestions for what to visit in town. Breakfast provided a good selection of items (freshly baked cakes!), and the breakfast room was comfortable and appealing. The young man (son of owners) who offered us breakfast was very hospitable and kind. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Loved the whimsical art in the hotel. Elevator was appreciated, and parking was very convenient!
