New, modern with elegant design, very comfortable, friendly staff, especially our Concierge Yukari, who arranged our transfer to and from Osaka airport, as well as our tour of Kyoto's hidden gems. and chose us restaurants for dinner with outstanding Japanese cuisine and to our surprise classy Japanese wines.Overall this hotel is 5 stars and worth the money.

The service and staff were exceptional. They are English friendly. The facilities (private onsen, relaxation room) and room were clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed the tatami mats and no shoes in the hotel. There were also free sweets, ice pops, noodles, and drinks at certain times throughout the day which were delicious! At check-in, a pamphlet was provided outlining the location of the facilities and times for each service. I had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel - dinner was a fun experience and breakfast had many options.

Staff were so friendly and there were complimentary check-in matcha drinks and traditional snacks for us. I love how the room was well equipped with amenities and bathroom products. Everything was so well thought out and the room was very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints at all! I love my stay here and will be back 🥰

We stayed in 3 different places in Tokyo and this one was the best so far. The staff was very polite and helpful. The apartment was huge in comparison the Japanese standard. It had a sofa which I found an excellent addition. The bed was very comfortable. It had a balcony and a washing machine. In the kitchen you have a hob for cooking if you fancy! Before booking I saw the location, I admit I was skeptical, but believe me, the train station is 3 minutes away, which connects you with the centrer in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely come back if I have a chance on day!
