The professionalism of the hotel staff is exceptional. They are always ready to help and anticipate the guests' needs. I very much appreciate the help I received. Despite arriving early before check-in time, I just needed the correct type of cable to charge my mobile immediately upon arrival at the hotel after a long flight. On the day of check-out, they helped me pack and ship a box with extra items to the hotel near the airport, where I would stay until my flight back to Europe.

It is a place to start if you come to Japan and Tokyo first time in life (as we did). And I think you will come back to this hotel quarter (as there is more than one hotel) again and again. As we wanted to feel japanese style the Hanakohro was the best choice in Grand Prince we could make. Everything was superb - but above all - the people (staff is not good enough word for them) working in Hanakohro make our stay exceptional.

Perfect proximity to the airport making it ideal for a quick taxi ride to check in for our morning flights Facility wise - excellently equipped flat with the main equipment being ‘fought’ over was the massage chair. Fabulous.

Was nice and old fashioned, we absolutely loved the dining area, rooms were nice, the main bed was big, had a small little room off the main bedroom which had a nice little view on to the street which was great. Location was very good right next to a train station. 2 min walk. Azusa and Kimmy looked after us very well and showed us the local places to around on a map. Thank you again.
