I got picked up at the harbour, and brought to my room 2 house prior to my check-in. They said it was okay. The room was clean and ready. I got shown around and the lady even told me about good places to visit, eat and relax at. Super nice.

It's a sentral hotell close to everything you need. The breakfast was wonderful, and the view from the 11th and 12th floor was amazing. You could see all of Wakayama city.

Requested a room with good view and was given a top floor facing the wakayama castle, fantastic.Good checked in and very good breakfast. Although the hotel is between the 2 train station but nice weather so able to walk to the hotel.
