The communication with the staff was great. And she was there when we got there for us. It's a Japanese traditional house, so it may not be all singing and dancing, but it was comfortable, all the facility we wanted was there including parking, and it was very safe area.

If you want to get away from city noise and into a slow and beautiful side of japan, i totally recommend! I traveled alone and it was just amazing. The stuff was so nice and caring, the breakfast was so tasty and also you can enjoy coffee just in the same building! I recommend a car to discover the city but you can also just have nice walks. The bathrooms were so clean and nice. I really loved it!

I loved the fact that the house was maintained in the traditional Japanese style with a tatami floor. It was also very clean and conveniently located. I will definitely be staying here should I visit Nagashima again!
