Every thing was great, welcoming host, confortable and large rooms in the japanese style, convenient location to easily visit the most important spots in Hakone (Gora, open air museum, cable car to Owakudani, Pola museum, Togendai and the lake, Fuji san view and trails, ...), and above all, amazing food, delicious and very refined Japanes cuisine, both for diner and breakfast. I would recommend anyone to stay at this guesthouse, the house itself is wonderful, the bedroom’s are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and the jet bath is an added bonus. The location is amazing with so much to do around that area, lots of hikes and places to cycle and enjoy the scenery. The hosts are amazing and couldn’t do enough for me, they really went above and beyond. I hope to come back in the future and stay here again. Thank you so much for everything.

Fabulous location, with a view of Mount Fuji from my room and my own private onsen bath! Lovely room with evrything I needed, and the two gentlemen running the hotel made my stay very special. I got off the bus at the wrong spot, to find they'd already messaged to offer to pick me up. In spite of it taking some time for them to find me, they offered to stop at the local shop so I could buy food (It was late at night). They went to great lengths to make a vegetarian breakfast for me, and took me to the bus station when I left. I had an absolutely wonderful relaxing time!
