Where to begin? The room was excellent in size and had a nice feeling to it. The onsen was close by. The staff was so kind and service minded. The whole experience with dinner and breakfast was exceptional, especially the staff member whom served us with excellent English. Just the whole experience was quite wonderful.

I recently had a wonderful experience at the hotel, which I'd like to share. Due to unexpected delays, I wasn't able to arrive at the hotel before the last order of dinner. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and offered a flexible arrangement. They kindly arranged for a dinner set to be prepared for me even though I arrived later than expected. I was truly impressed by their exceptional service and attention to detail. The meal itself was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate the hotel's willingness to be flexible and make my stay as comfortable as possible. We did not see the host but he responded really fast at messages and was really nice and helpful (with questions about the house and the area). The house is also really nice with thick matresses which is great when you have a bad back like me.

The house is in a quiet location with excellent kitchen facilities. However, the exact house location is a little hard to find due to many side track/junction. We are lucky to meet a local who advise us the exact location of the house.
