Amazing staff and location and very interesting and unusual (in a good way) rooms. The staff helped organise transport to Adams peak at short notice and cooked good Sri Lankan dinner and breakfast.

This one we got to know after experiencing other accommodation where we were in Sri Lanka. For Appleton Villa it’s all about service and caring while others only the money. Very secluded and very well built accommodation. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. The accommodation is very difficult to get to if in a car - so if you take the property's jeep (pickup truck) it's a better option. The views from the property are stunning, I hope the new development they are planning will not interupt the current views. Highly recommended for a peaceful get away
