This is a new, modernly furnished complex of three villas. Each villa has two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom, located on the 2nd floor. On the ground floors there is a large dining area, kitchen area and seating areas. In the backyard there is a swimming pool and sunbathing areas. The layout of the villas is very comfortable. The villas are equipped with everything you need. If something is missing, the staff will quickly bring it. Contact the guys via Whats app. The staff is very welcoming, sociable, friendly, always ready to help. Predib, I hope we will see each other again :-) The location of the villas is also excellent - the city beach and the Smoke&Bitters restaurant are 20 meters away. Within 800 meters, there are many cafes, including breakfast ones. You can also buy groceries at the Cargills supermarket or order breakfast at the Villa. By the way, there is even a restaurant with food delivery - Blue Bay Chillout Lounge. We used it several times, very convenient :-). We liked everything. We will definitely recommend this place and will happy return again.

We had a wonderful stay in this brand new guesthouse! The family opened it in December and they are constantly working on improving what they offer. The location is perfect, in the middle between Hiriketiya and Dickwella beach: walking distance from many bars and restaurants, supermarket, shops, street food and the two beaches of course, still in a quiet street surrounded by greeneries. Our bedroom had a large window (which is super rare in Sri Lanka and especially in home stays / guesthouses) on a small balcony, a big (and silent!) fan that for us was more than enough (they also have AC) and an extra big and comfy bed. The wifi was working perfectly (also a rarity!) And special mention to the breakfast: so big and delicious with typical sri lankan food prepared fresh every morning.

Fantastic Villa with beautiful and comfortable and clean rooms and garden. The owner gave us the best hospitality on our vaccation. He Arranged tuk tuks and made reservations to the best lankesic restaurant in town. The place had everything, a big fantastic pool for the kids, after surf close to the fantastic beach. A well equiped kitchen, easy to make breakfast. A quite and calm, private place where we could relax and spend our time in the best place in the south of sri lanka.

I would write a poem to this place if I could! This hotel, its owners Jeremy and Julia and the team made our holiday. We planned to spend there 4 nights and go further, but everything was so good, and we decided to spend here the rest of our holiday. Everything was spotless: room, team, breakfast, swimming pool, beach, ocean — just everything. Two things that you should know. First: there are many nice restaurants around, though there is nothing on google maps. Second: you definitely have to see the shop on the second floor, because Julia creates amazing clothes.     Beautiful whole apartment to yourself, full kitchen, washing machine excellent facilities. The bedrooms are so lovely and the beds are super comfy! Huge fans in every room and lovely sofa with table and chairs. This was a lovely place for us all to stay where we could have our own place between friends. Just off the main road but we couldn’t hear the vehicles at all. Close to everything and has scooter parking inside the gate. Loved it.

    The location was perfect right on the beach room with sea view Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable room was clean but needs a little uplift pool and area were great and well maintained, secure parking for vehicle.
