Breakfast was fantastic, the pool was lovely and big and 2 shallow ends for the kids to play. Beautiful grounds and the rooms were lovely.

Only a 20-minute drive from the historic centre of Mérida, Hacienda Santa Cruz is set in lush gardens and has 2 outdoor swimming pools.

We booked last minute due to the place we were booked in at being absolutely awful. This place was relatively cheap but looked at least better than where we were. We were absolutely blown away by everything about this place. The room was amazing. Breakfast - which is simply described as eggs, toast and coffee - was amazing and needs to be sold better. We had a lovely time. We used the laundry service and that was excellent too.

A particularly sophisticated little guesthouse, every detail is perfect. It was a surprise to us that they pay so much attention to everything. I can only recommend it, we regret that we only stayed for 1 night.

The service was simply AMAZING and the room was huge, clean and with A/C. The location was simply perfect, by the main road and close to downtown. Also, right in front of a Restaurant with local food, music and great atmoshpere.

The property and the room itself were very tranquil - very nice high quality decoration and facilities throughout. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Private parking and a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Merida

the hotel is beautiful and the staff has care for every detail. there’s a nice smell all over the property and it’s very quite. would recommend to try the food as well.

We loved the tasteful decor, a fusion of beautiful antiques, mexican elements and art. We loved the excelent varied breakfarst, which was served on a long table, where we got to know and talk to other guests. In our room, we loved the shower, which had a big glass wall into a litlle closed leafy space. All this, and the friendly staff (gold star for the manager Alberto), the accesibility for questions, suggestions, recommendation and advice made our stay at the beautiful Merida very cosy and intimate.

Everything. It was such a nice place, the best of our road trip in Yucatan. The room is superb and the breakfast…amazing and freshly prepared. Loved the swimming pool to refresh a bit too. Everybody was very helpful and kind!!!
