The location is excellent, right in Thamel yet very quiet. Hotel is newly renovated and rooms and bathrooms are well-equipped, and quite spacious. Water pressure in the shower is great. The staff, especially Manager Dol and Firoj, were very attentive and always available to assist guests. Other staff members were also pleasant and helpful. I felt at home there. Their hospitality and readiness to help are exceptional. The cleanliness of the rooms and the location are superb. The staff responds quickly, even when you are outside and need help finding a location. The WIFI connection was excellent.

We loved everything of our stay! The hotel is in the center of the city,in Thamel,close to all shops and restaurants however is in a beautiful location where we could also rest from the busy Karmandu city. The building is clean and the rooms are lovely,the stuff of the hotel is friendly, well prepared and made us feel at home for all our stay! We also book some excursions with the hotel and everything was planned perfectly. We had an amazing tour. The food is delicious, Rudra and his stuff helped us with all our needs, such as a vegan menu under request. We will truly suggest this place and we hope to come back very soon!

Great hotel. Much more that I was thinking about. Stuff and CEO is very helpful and do all of their best to help you. Food was good in hotel. Room was comfortable, but remember, you have no heating in Nepal. So, you must use conditioner to heat the room. And you'll get one-way free transfer from or to airport. It was great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend. Location - in the historical center of Kathmandu.

I booked for 1 night but stayed another night. Extremely value for money. Rajz the manager is very responsive on WhatsApp and very friendly person. If you’re coming from international flight, hotel pickup is complementary. For domestic flights it’s 1000 NPR. I change my USD at the hotel. They gave a higher rate compared to the airport or outside. Pawan the receptionist has been very helpful too. Genuine people. They don’t make you pay extra. Even they mentioned number of times that there will be 4% additional charge if you pay by card. For me it was okay. Madav picked me up from the airport. One of the smoothest pickups I had. Next day I booked the city tour for $60. Had Madav and the suv for the day. Visited 6 UNESCO sites in Kathmandu including Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square. Room was very clean. All the amnesties were there including a kettle, water bottles, dustbin, soap, shampoo, and towels. Heater was working perfectly and hot water is also available. Pretty good breakfast too. One of the best deals I had so far.
