All was perfect from the first to the last one. The place is near to nizwa, jabel shams, misfah, … Ahmed is a welcoming person who likes to exchange with you. We had the right to the Omanian hospitality.

The summit house is just magical , the location is really nice , very calm , we enjoyed the sunset on the bench with the view of beautiful mountains, just in front of the property. The house is well equipped with everything, if you need something you can just ask the owner who’s super kind , he speaks a bit of English but his cousins helps with all communication efficiently . We ask them to prepare us a dinner and breakfast which was really nice and tasty . There a bbq but also a kitchen if you want to cook . The house is clean and comfortable. We truly recommend this place ! We have leaved in oman for few years and we know several places , this one thick a lot of good boxes !

Ali, Alia and their kids were very nice hosts. We ordered dinner and breakfast, which were served in their house behind the appartment in Omani style and were delicious. The guest house is stylish, comfortable with breathtaking view over the canyon. We did the balcony walk right after our afternoon arrival when most hikers were already returning. There was already shadow on the trail, which was great for the walking comfort but a little complication for photography.

Nice little traditional house turned hotel, super friendly and welcoming staff! Got coffee and dates as we walked in, we were shown to our rooms and as we were heading for dinner we met the owner who explained everything down to the family history to us! Really nice place, would definitely recommend staying here! And we got a little leaving gift as well!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful and very tastefully decorated guesthouse in a traditional old house. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners and tea on the roof terrace with amazing views. Very nice, friendly and hospitable owner. Very relaxing stay :-)

The location of the property is at the start of Balcony walk. We stayed one night and started Balcony walk at 8am. Before groups. We returned at 11.30 and took a shower. Our car was parked in front of the room. For getting there you definitely need 4WD car. Last few kilometers are realy bad. There is posibility for local breakfast for 3orm per person. There is also a small kitchen where you can prepare a breakfast on your own. The host was friendly. He explain us everything. He was waiting for us with tea.
