Almost beach front and a nice 10 minute walk into town. The train station is about 20 minute walk away for fast cheap trains to Lisbon. My room was overlooking the car park. Noise was minimal but I did hear the bin men early morning. TV has lots of channels and free WiFi was very good. My breakfast was included and was very good.
