Lovely little house with lots of thoughtful extras such as milk, water, butter, biscuits, cakes etc. Very good attention to detail - the hairdryer broke in the evening and the next day it was replaced. Very close to the river, boats, restaurants etc and just a short walk from the train staton.

First of all, the staff was very kind. We arrived later in the evening and we stayed there only one night. The receptionist said since we arrived late and couldn't enjoy the possibilities of the quinta, after check-out we can still come back to try the pool or eat a dinner in their restaurant. That felt like a very nice gesture. The quinta itself was really beautiful, the view from our room was perfect the windows looked to the river! The design was amazing, too. Tim's terrace had a great tapas and the breakfast was also amazing!

Bernardo and George and the rest of the staff were welcoming, kind and helped arrange cabs and other items of interest. Breakfast and dinner were lovely! Glad we stayed 2 nights but wish we had stayed longer. We did not have a car but Pinhao was reachable by taxi on a road that had some scary edges! The Casa was beautiful, the grounds exquisite (even in the rain) and the view of the Douro River just like in the photos!

Everything was perfect , a very comfortable room with everything you could possibly need. Exceptionally clean. A welcoming host and a very delicious breakfast delivered to the room . I came to Pinhão as I had followed the Celebrity Race Across The World first leg trip from Morroco to Pinhão. The up a stairway from street level allowed for a wonderful view of the area. The apartment was lively and clean. It had everything there. It was raining constantly during my stay but I had a look at the garden which would have been lovely on a summer's stay. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station and n wine & tapas bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets a long the street. Vineyard within walking distance.if I make back to Pinhão I would stay here.
