A beautiful setting. Idyllic and a wonderful getaway in the midsts of authentic portugal. The welcome was so friendly and though the lady with the key didnt speak English (and my Portuguese is limited) she couldn't be more kind and even brought us fruit from her garden. We felt so at home. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds very comfy. The living room/ kitchen is also a good size with everything you need for a stay. The shower was a lovely power shower & I appreciated the solar powered hot water. Be careful it is very hot !!! The house wasnt though and despite no air conditioning even in temperatures of 38 degrees the house was still cool and airy. Serta is a lovely town with restaurant's and bars and a beautiful river to enjoy. You definitely need a car and if you want to branch out to visit places you need to be prepared for a drive but the roads are empty and the tolls (if you want to go the direct route) are very reasonable. An fantastic stay in a lovely house. Can't recommend it enough.

Communication with host was very easy! Very flexible host. When we arrived, getting access to the apartment was also super easy and effective. The house was pristine clean and smelled amazing. Despite being one of the hottest weeks of the year the house was very cool. The apartment was very quiet and at the same time central. Top experience! Photos correspond to the reality. We wee always able to park the car in front of the building entrance.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful. I was expecting a package and they were prepared to keep it for me until I arrived. Great location, parking nearby. I got a room at the back which was more quiet.

Amazing apartment with a very spacious kitchen. Host was very kind and communicative and was there to meet me on arrival. The bed was super comfy and I was well rested for my onward journey. The fully-equipped kitchen had all the necessary utensils and more. Would be more than happy to return for a longer stay. Everything was very clean. Plenty of onstreet parking, free of charge, right in front of the property. Supermarket within easy walking distance. Plenty to see in the area. Situated right in the middle of Portugal.

I stayed here for 2 nights whilst touring on a motorcycle trip, the staff could not be more helpful, the owner gave advice on where to eat, they have secure underground parking which you really don’t need to use, they have covered parking bays which were more than adequate, the rooms are well equipped, are spacious, comfortable and have air conditioning, I will be back without doubt .

Both reception staff, Anabella, Carolina were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast choices, great advice on where to eat. Games available in the bar. Under cover onsite parking.
