This is the eighth time I live there. The accommodation is clean, there is a kitchen with cooking utensils, a washing machine, and a large balcony. I would like to thank the reception staff for the ease of check-in and check-out and for fulfilling all my requests without any delay.

The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever met. Saffet at the reception is very friendly and a great help for anything you might need. Oveyz and Mahmut at the spa are just amazing and there’s nothing but great things to say about everyone who works here. Large selection of food as well.

First of all the staff is perfect as they are very helpful and they make you feel like you are a member of their family specially the owner of the hotel called Onur (Alex) who speaks very well English and he can make good plans around BODRUM. Also the location is perfect as it’s near to Gumbet beach, clubs,restaurants,supermarkets etc.

The location is amazing with the beach front and close to everything any one would need plus very close to bodrum central. Apartment just as advertised, everything provided and regular cleaning and towels etc provided. Good location and taxi and bus outside so easy to get around. Near to beach and swimming pool lovley. Best thing was the staff. On arrival we had problem paying taxi and staff really helped us with currency and supported us with impatient taxi driver., not taxi drivers fault . During the week there was a problem withdrawing money from local bank machine. Staff rang bank for my husband and was so helpful and supportive, think this was the owner. All sorted thanks to him Before we left supported with printing boarding passes for the airport think his name is Janner and so helpful and polite . Brilliant customer service all week and sorry I dont know all the names . Really felt safe and nothing was too much trouble no matter what we asked, Fantastic staff. Did.nt have breakfast but it looked good.

    The hotel is beautiful, with several pools, a bar and a restaurant. The apartment was really big, clean and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen: a cooker, a fridge, a kettle, a microwave oven and even a dishwasher. The room was available even earlier than the check-in time. The staff was really helpful with all our requests. The hotel has huge indoor parking. Convenient location - several supermarkets are just within 10 min walk.

    Rooms were extremely spacious and staff went above and beyond to make us feel extremely welcome (balloons in room with rose petals for special birthday of my girlfriend) shower was excellent. Nice 25 minute walk into Bodrum City. Food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very tasty. Free Parking underneath hotel was very handy for our car while we stayed two nights.
