Lovely apartment. Beautiful aesthetics. Superb location. Entry to the apartment upon arrival resolved swiftly with a call to the host. Locality ideal, surrounded by stunning architectural design and creativity,including works from notable architects like John Holden Greene and designers from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). We enjoyed pleasant leisurely walks both of historical and architectural interest particularly on Benefit Street, stunning restored colonial homes, churches, and museums. "Self-guided" walking tour information is available from the Providence Preservation Society. A diverse dining experience within 20 -25 minutes walking distance from the property, offering excellent hospitality: high quality cuisine and good value for money. The purpose for my visit obtaining a copy of my late sister's French Thesis from Brown University; Elaine graduated with an MA in French studies in 1974. An exemplary experience and journey from Edinburgh Scotland United Kingdom.

The breakfast area had a good variety. The guy at the breakfast area was very friendly. I had to do some computer work there because the Wifi didn't work in my room. He told me to take all the time I needed. We also liked that parking was easy and free. It's definitely a great location for a road trip.

It was a standard Hampton Inn: large room, very comfortable bed, great bathroom with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi was excellent. The room rate included breakfast, and I liked that it started at 6 am because I was horribly jet-lagged and awake very early. Plenty of parking, and a gas station right across the street. Just a short drive from downtown Providence.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PROPERTY...FIRST OF ALL I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS ON THE 2ND FLOOR..I USE A WALKER TO WALK DISTANCES..CRAWLED UP AND DOWN STAIRS..NO FREE PARKING..OFF STREET PARKING...ITEMS PROVIDED WERE POOR QUALITY...OR NOT WORKING...PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN...COUCH WAS BROKEN..LIVING ROOM DRAPES DID NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURE..MY CREDIT IS VERY GOOD ALL OVER THE WORLD IF YOU EVER RECOMMEND ME SOMETHING LIKE THIS AGAIN I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE...Warren E.M. Breakfast was fantastic - baked potatoes and sausages were good. The room size was great - one of the most spacious at this price point and beds were comfortable. Wifi was good and made surfing the net enjoyable. Loved that they had free parking

Friendly staff, location, parking areas near several entrances. Ki Ki at front desk, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. Rich in maintenance helped fix our TV and Ed in the breakfast area, hard working and friendly. All in all your staff shines.
