No cold water on arrival. Both taps ran hot ot warm Staff whilst helpful could do little. Provided only one small bottle of water

This hotel is awesome. I’ve stayed at so many different hotel/motel chains snd this particular location was exceptional. It’s a beautiful Best Western; the room and the shower were very nice. The restaurant and bar area were decorated so nicely and the bar stools so comfy, nobody leaves their seat. Check in associates gave me a little goody bag for my pup. The breakfast served real eggs and real bacon. I’m sold and now signed up for BW points. Well played!

Nice friendly greeting at both check in and check out. Room was nice, area was good. Nice breakfast. For the price, you really could not fault it.
