You could find English and Turkish speaking personel. The hotel was built at a new developping area where a resort was contrıucted (surrounding an artifical pond). There are impressive play grounds and a shopping city (the ethernal city) in that resort. Entry to the resort via a controlled entry point and a barrier. They charge a parking fee to the locals but hotel customers receive a free exit ticket from the reception.Guest review byMuratFamily with young children
