We had an amazing stay here. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are so comfy, the pool is fabulous, the breakfast is delicious. The staff were absolutely incredible - picked us up from the airport, helped us rent bikes, did laundry, allowed us to extend our stay and cared for one of us so well when she injured herself (gave her fresh bandages and antiseptic every day and free lift into the town). Town and beach are only a short walk away.

Everything was just perfect. The beach is much nicer than some of the more popular beaches of the island, food was great, and employees were really nice and welcoming. Walkable distance to bunch of restaurants and cafes. I really recommend this resort for a relaxing, calm getaway!

They went above and beyond in every possible way - proactively offering help, arranging courtesy tickets to the cable car without us even asking, and anticipating our needs before we knew them ourselves. When we accidentally left behind a valuable item, they didn’t just find it, they personally ensured it was returned to us safely. Truly remarkable service. Location? You can’t beat it. Right in the heart of Sunset Town, directly across from the cable car, everything is just a short walk away. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully clean, and brand new. The Japanese-inspired design is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly executed in every detail. What more could you ask for? Amazing staff, unbeatable location, stunning design, and perfect hospitality. The staffs are all friendly. Immediately assist us to solve all kind of issues, like drive us to the night market nearby, rent the motorcycles, call the grab and so on. Once we met some issues, dial the number to the counter, then the staff would just show up in front of the room! This kind of service really make us impressive. That’s the wonderful accommodation experience in Phu Quoc!

    The location is convenient to eat out. Its near China town with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Granworld is near there with a walking distance to the Teddy bear museum and there is a mini cart parking there. The hotel has an elevator. I would like to thank Mr. Bang and his wife for helping us with everything. The spa is so good. 🙂🤩🥰

    We loved how accomodating the staff were - just being at the accomodation was so easy. The buggy service was excellent Once again staff were superb, from the bell boys (special thanks to Quang), reception, beach staff and even the security at the parking gate. 100% would recommend I also really enjoyed how private the public spaces felt
