An idyllic rural retreat in the tree canopy, with birds, bats, geckos, a perfect balcony to view them from and great hosts. Mandy served us a brilliant breakfast and we could help ourselves to tea/coffee etc. anytime. Parking outside the door, hot shower, comfy bed. Wonderful.

Great location just opposite Thornton Beach which was visible through the trees from the balcony of the bungalow, parking space outside , . There is enough off grid electricity to run the fridge, light and a socket to charge phones etc. there was plenty of hot water for showers. The covered private outside kitchen had a gas BBQ and a single gas ring plus pans and utensils and a seating area. The bedroom is small but comfortable, a good value for money place to stay.

Mum stayed in the room and I was able to stay in my Campervan (my preference)- the perfect parking spot was provided.

A little bit of paradise. Accommodation is tucked in amongst the rainforest. Cars are left in the main car park so all access to rooms and facilities by foot which is great and peaceful. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Great Bistro style restaurant onsite for meals. Standard of food was wonderful. Being surrounded by the bush and sounds of animals and birds was very relaxing.

Clean, comfortable and well fitted out cabin. Parking was a bit tight, but location and atmosphere was great.

A quiet cabin set in rain forest. Central to most activities. Helpful friendly staff - especial thanks to David and Kelly. Nice open air restaurant with good food. Generous continental breakfast included. Good parking. Swimming holes and a small pool.

It is in a lovely part of Daintree. Very handy that the river cruises go from the car park at the side of the hotel. The owner was very nice.
