Very clean, awesome location and a comfy bed. Nothing fancy and the building is old but that is reflected in the low price. Having a kitchen makes staying more affordable and you cannot underestimate the value of free parking. Car parking in Perth is $30/day so that's $30 a day saved!

Location is excellent in the grounds of the uni. Free parking if you use the student car parks. Excellent gym. Good breakfast.

The location was great even though there wasn't onsite parking. Street parking is inexpensive and nearby. It was easy to get into the city centre with a short drive and equally fast to get out of the city centre. The design of the room and overall cleanliness was great. It was nice to have a cookie jar at the reception for guests to snack on at night.

The property was comfortable with the extreme heat wave. Had a refreshing swim and a relaxing spa at the end of the hot days. It was walking distance to shops and the bus stop Laundry facilities were in the bathroom had a TV in the bedroom and another in the living room The balcony was a private place to sit, eat or smoke. The free parking was secure behind a gated car park. Same card was used for swiping entry into the room. We were able to extend our stay in the same room. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing

Large elegant bedroom with a new clean ensuite bathroom. Sunny Patio & a spacious Walk-in closet. Comfortable & next to everything , just a few minutes walk to the shopping centre. A whole spacious free parking lots is adjacent to this stylish retreat. We enjoyed it!

The location is excellent, unlike many hotels in the area it does not front main artery roads. Limited secure parking is available at $20 a day with a lift from the car park to all floors. If you are relying on public transport the free red bus stops outside the front of the hotel. The hotel offers free activities that include games, books, bikes even a picnic basket and rug for a visit to the nearby Kings Park. Happy hour as a meet and greet with other guest is a great idea

Location was terrific. You can park the car in the secure off street parking and walk to restaurants and cafe and beach. Studio apartment have everything we required. Apartment was clean and ready for us on arrival.

Spacious, clean room, helpful staff. easy walk to Northbridge , which had large variety of eating and drinking places. Excellent bar with with an outdoor terrace. There was street parking nearby but it was only 1P until 6pm. The hotel has an arrangement with a commercial car park for $25 per night, which is next door (although it doesn't allow you multiple entries per day).
