Great location in central Ypres, free parking nearby, Beautiful B&B

It was located in almost 2 min walking distance to the old town square. The room itself was a big studio apartment with its own kitchen. The bathroom was big enough and clean. The staff especially were very friendly and helped us to get in and for parking lot. (Suite 11 doesn't have its own parking lot but there's a public car park ca. 150 m away.)

Spacious room with comfortable bed and large window seat. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Great location a few minutes walk from the town centre. There was plenty of free parking available in the large car park in front of the hotel. Secure bike storage was also available at no extra charge. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

Excellent location in city centre, no parking at hotel so you have to use public car parking nearby (some of which is free).was Breakfast was excellent.

Sophie was very friendly and helpful. She provided everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Excellent location close to centre and Menin Gate. Comfortable room and a good breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Free parking nearby.

A lovely property centrally in town, free parking nearby. Bike storage, nice patio. Modern, clean, comfortable.

we checked in 8pm, no free parking or to off load car park space. there was no water bottle inside the room, also we found jacket in our wardrobe, also we did not have two bath rope, only one set was there. other than that everything else was fantastic.

We have stayed here many times, for a night en route etc. This was our first visit since covid and the younger generation are taking over and doing an excellent job. Marvellous dinner and breakfast. Service excellent and very friendly. Free parking nearby good in public car park behind hotel but don't trust your satnav; you need to access it via Engelstraat not Gasthuisstraat.
