Hotels with Parking in Newfoundland and Labrador

This is an older motel that has been remodeled. Our room had an outside door leading directly to the parking lot and an inside door to the lobby. The room had 2 double beds and a separate toilet/shower and vanity.

Great quiet location within walking distance of shopping, a variety of restaurants and pubs. Started each morning with a fresh pot of coffee. Options for a lite breakfast were available with options for a more substantial breakfast just a couple of blocks away. Given the limited parking in the area, having access to free parking near the quest house was a bonus. While the temperatures were fairly mild, we did have to use the AC once to cool the room down at the end of the day.

While not an “airport” hotel, the property was located relatively close to the airport which is what we needed this trip. Having Eastside Mario Italian restaurant connected to the hotel was a treat. I suspect it would get tiring if you had a long stay but for an overnighter, we didn’t need to go out. While we didn’t request it, we had a door to the parking lot which made loading and unloading baggage easier.

Great location in St, John's by the water. Easy walking to many sights and activities. Great pubs and restaurants close by. They do not have parking but there is a paid parking lot across the street. The room was large and comfortable and quiet this time of year.

Very well located near old St John’s - shops restaurants and port. Roomy and interesting as it’s an old converted warehouse. Very good free parking in front

Rooms have a lot of space, the bed is comfortable with good TV and clean. The menu for the room service offers good variety of food. It has its own starbucks. Big parking lot and is included in the room price.

The location of the property was superb, only blocks from George St restaurants, clubs and attractions. There was off-street parking available for our use throughout stay. The room was clean, had small refrigerator, and the shower was very good even if somewhat unorthodox being on opposite side of room from toilet/sink. Breakfast was convenient and available to grab and go early each morning, however access to a sink by the kitchen would have been nice to refill ice cube trays and kettle/coffee pot.

Our 2nd stay here. Clean, comfortable room, decent breakfast selection, restaurant was very good. Great location on the Irish Loop, free parking.

Great restaurant and great food. The hotel is a perfect location for a walk downtown and the underground parking lot is very convenient. Thanks for having us.
