We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, spacious with terrific views. Bed was comfortable with high quality linens. Breakfast were great, had lot of healthy options. All staff were very nice. The hotel also offered welcome drinks, complimentary bottle water and chocolates. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, will definitely come back!

Robert was an excellent host, who also included me to hang out with some of his friends and family that were visiting him at the lodge. He arranged all my activities for me and was very flexible. Also the breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. It was more like visiting a friend than staying at a hotel.

The drive over is beautiful, the estancia so picturesque, with horses and sheep wondering about. Laguna Verde is a stone's throw away, the mountains are visible from the very large living room window. There is a fireplace to complete the picture of a cosy getaway. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Can we please stay here forever?!

Medewerkers waren heel begaan en lief.

The kitchen is modestly equipped, but it's enought to make a breakfast. The location is absolutely fantastic! The cabin is situated on a vast property where you can park your car right next to it. It is located in the small village of Serrano, just at the border of Torres del Paine National Park, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Additionally, communication with the owner was excellent, making the check-in process and any questions we had very easy to handle. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and highly recommend this place to other travelers looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature.
