The service at this hotel is excellent. They offered free airport transportation. Pei-Pei offered her good service for ticket booking to the national parks. Each day we received a very useful explanation from her about the sightseeing route and suggestions, she speaks perfect English. The room is very clean and spacious, plenty of drinking water was provided. The breakfast is plentiful. The location is very good, approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the south entrance. It is very peaceful during the night, ensuring a good sleep. We had one dinner in the hotel. The quality of the food is average compared to the price charged.

The room was spacious, the location of the hotel was ideal. Midi and the staff at Utopia hotel were unbelievably friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed every moment we stayed at the hotel.

Very clean, cosy and technological. They also serve good Chinese breakfast on the rooftop. But the highlight of our trip was the host, who was super nice, friendly and helpful. He did not speak English, but we spoke a bit of Chinese and used a translator. It was our best experience in China so far and if we ever come back to Zhangjiajie, we will come to this hotel. P.s. We did not manage to thank you as we had to leave today, but if you are reading this review, we thank you a lot for the warm welcome ❤️

Raibow at the reception was wonderful knowledgable and helpful - in perfect English, a rarity in China. My room was very cosy and beautiful, the duvet fantastic and the bathroom spacious, with great water pressure. The hotel is very close to the cable car to the Tianmen Mountain, making it the perfect stay around there. There are also many options for food, drink and shopping nearby as well as transport to the National Park.

The owner Mr. Liu went beyond his hospitality. He and his staffs were super helpful. They treated my husband and myself liked part of his family. I strongly recommend this hotel. 5 mins walk away from the river and very quiet. They serve lunch or dinner, has to pre-order a day ahead. Love their cooking. Must try.
