The staff were always friendly and helpful. When we walked into our room, we were literally "wowed" by the size and detail of little extras such as changing LED lights in the shower, option to get gift with forsake of room clean and all the extras that hotels used to give (lotions and sweets on the bed).The large windows opened up to a view of the old castle, the electronics were so up-to-date and the colours of the room were calm and well-coordinated. This was truely a wonderful experience and one of the most memorial parts of our holiday. We also visited the cafe and Piano Bar and both were enjoyable. The swimming pool and sauna were quiet enough when we went and lovely to enjoy a swim at the end of the day. The pool had two extra treats with a strong vent of water and a type of wave vent, which was fun to swim with. Lovely hotel and well worth the stay!!!
