The resort offers free WiFi in the lobby. We had an amazing experience during our stay at Gemma Resort. From the moment we arrived, Hazem at the Main Desk made us feel welcome, and his exceptional kindness and availability were present until the moment we left. He was always there to make sure we were comfortable and at ease. We were also very well taken care of by Mahmoud at the beach - always with a great smile - and the entire restaurant staff, especially Sameh at the beach restaurant, where we had lunch daily. Thank you all for your hospitality. A special thanks goes to the Submarine Diving Center, to our fantastic instructor Abdo, and his entire team for an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much for these incredible 7 days, Gemma Resort. We will definitely be back and have already started recommending you to our Portuguese friends. 10/10

Pickalbatros The Palace Port Ghalib Resort provides rooms and suites fitted with modern furnishings and tastefully decorated in the local décor. All units have a balcony which overlooks the Red Sea, the pool, gardens, or Port Ghalib International Marina. Very nice resort, the reef is awsome with large variety of fish, they even have turtles and morays. Food is good although last year it was a bit better and all meals were served at The Olive which is the nicest, this year only dinner was at The Olive. The Spa is pretty good, I had 2 massages with Shaimaa and it was a very nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful in all circumstances. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the food a lot. There is a large food buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner times. However, also between these there are the possibilities to order food at a late breakfast and lunch at other restaurants at the pool and the beach. We prefer local food, but there is a great variability in joices and plenty of western food, but also some Arabic dishes to chose from. The beach is beautiful and plenty of sunbeads are available and there is even services for drinks delivered directly to you at the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, evening entertainment and a kids' club. Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Beach View from top roof is the best in Marsa Alam if you are looking for sunrise and sunset amazing hours.. very well trained staff especially Omar who was mastering his job and all are very friendly and attentive .. food is yummy and fresh with generous quantities .. rooms are very clean and you just feel coming back home after long day enjoying the scent of freshniss and cleanliness they use there .. cant forget Micheal .. Owner of the place .. a very gentle expierienced in tourism with all his knowledge of excergens and activities in Marsa Alam .. am sure everyone will want to go there again .. the atmosphere and hommy feeling u get from staff .. and Micheal taking care of all details and guests interests .. I personally felt the meaning of hospitality there .. I was about to forget the prime location of La Casa Guest House .. seriously amazing .. available transfer facilities all the time so no worries if you do not have a car.
