I travel from Asia to Europe every winter but I have never seen such caring staff as in this hotel, especially the front desk reception manager Muhammed Humus is very caring and attentive, he called and texted every day and asked if we needed anything! It is definitely a great hotel, I recommend it to everyone.

Mr. Erkan Sezen who is hotel manager one of the best manager ever. Moamen who is in spa center is fantastic guy. Recommended at all.

Staying at Steigenberger Alcazar was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent – staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the pools as well as the beach area created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Everything was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. I would like to give special thanks to Alina from the guest relations team for her exceptional support and warm attitude. She made our stay even more memorable and ensured we felt truly welcomed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.

El Charmillion Club Aquapark se encuentra en la zona de Nabq de Sharm el Sheij, a 1 km de la playa. Everything here is an amazing start from reception with Mr. shenouda is a very nice person he is doing his best at reception disk to make the people happy to all the staff and is welcome people and to housekeepers, especially Yasin. He was our room keeper. He is doing his best at work every one here smiling person asking always if you need any help and the food it was great and tasty and the pool boy Ali very nice person relay It was a very wonderful experience
