Location was great with plenty of free parking nearby. Hotel staff very nice and friendly as well as answering and helping us with directions to the city centre. Beds are large and comfortable with an excellent shower in the room.

The location of this beautiful hotel is fabulous, just a few metres from the promenade and beach and a short walk to the old town. The underground secure parking is excellent and extremely close to the hotel. It is a little expensive though at 29 euros per day . We dropped off our bags at the hotel and the staff explained exactly how to enter the car park. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful white marble bathroom and excellent shower.

Very comfortable and spacious room, nice bathroom. Very nice balcony looking out over the street. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location next to everything you want to see and eat in San Sebastian. They are able to offer a discount on the underground parking nearby.

The very friendly landlord arranged an underground parking lot across the road for us, and the room was fully equipped.

Breakfast was excellent - a very good selection - my only criticism would be that the scrambled eggs and the bacon could have been warmer. The location was excellent and the underground parking felt safe and secure - the lift went all the way from the rooms, reception, bar area, down to the car park. All the staff with whom I came into contact were friendly and professional. The price was comparable and possibly even lower than some of the big chain 2 star hotels. Excellent value for money.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Close to the river and all major sites and points of interest. Very clean rooms, nicely presented and very comfortable beds. Great that they could reserve car parking for us at the public parking lot. (It is about an 8 minute walk away and cost 17 Euro for a night and a day.) Staff were very friendly and helpful.
