Very clean, sufficient space for 2 people with modern supplies. Reception people are very friendly and helped us a lot to discover Bilbao. For people with car I would recommend to use the parking place provided by this apartment house (extra fee 25EUR/night) as it's convenient and no headaches to find a parking spot on the streets (which is in fact difficult).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has an excellent location, just a short distance from the city center and the train station. There is paid parking available, which was very convenient. The hotel is extremely clean and features a modern design throughout. My room matched the description perfectly and was very comfortable for a long-term stay. Breakfast was good, offering various fruits, juices, pastries, cereals, ham, and cheese. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop with a pool and a stunning panoramic view of the city - a perfect place to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!
