The ladies who managed the hotel were friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent and we had a wide selection. We had every thing we needed to unwind. And we did! I'm definitely going to miss this view when I go back to my flat little country!

Although the hotel doesn't have a proper restaurant of its own, there are a couple of options nearby, so we had no problems finding somewhere to eat even without a car. The location is probably among the best in the area, this part of Kazbegi feels better maintained than some others, and there was a hiking path towards Mount Elias starting very close to the hotel with some great views. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
