Dior was super helpful and welcoming. Hina also assisted us well during our stay and Zaheer helped us with our heavy luggages and transfers to and from the hotel to the airport. Great staff, location close to the centre of Fira plus very comfortable bed and facilities. I will stay here again and will not hesitate to recommend.

We stayed at Anais Hotel in Mykonos for just one night, but it was a truly pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. What stood out the most was the friendliness and ahelpfulness of the people at the hotel. They gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our one day on the island — from where to go, what to see, and how to get around. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy our time in Mykonos to the fullest! It was a short stay, but we left with warm memories.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly helpful and kind receptionist. I almost missed my ferry, but their quick assistance saved the day! After checking out, we left our bags at the reception and explored the city. My ferry was scheduled for 14:00, but I lost track of time and only returned to the hotel around 13:40 to pick up our bags. Thankfully, the staff arranged transportation for us, ensuring we made it to the ferry on time. I am truly grateful for their prompt help. The hotel is conveniently located, with a water boat departing from the port that makes it easy to reach the main areas. Although the old port is about a 20-minute walk away, it's still manageable. The hotel room was small but well-organized and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the exceptional service made it even better!

Het Ptolemeos Pension biedt kamers met een eigen balkon op 20 meter van de winkels en bars in Fira en op 200 m van de Caldera. Located near city centre, wonderful property, tastefully decorated, ample space, was met by the owner while checking in checking out and whenever we needed something. Patio overlooking the swimming pool was great to sit and have coffee etc. Extremely warm and helpful lady. Will definitely stay there again.
