Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. We loved everything about Petteo. Accomodation included a spatious room with a view to the sea, quiet and modern with all the amenities included. Our room was cleaned everyday. Our excellent hosts organized a pickup from the port and provided space for our luggage before and after our stay. Location was great, just 10min walking distance to the center of Livadi (small up/downhill) and 5 minutes to the beach (we used a motorbike for our commuting needs). Overall an excellent stay, highly recommended!

The property has inner courtyard views. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Kyriakos is an extremely nice and friendly host! We felt very welcomed; and he gave us plenty of recommendations, and even helped us to contact a rental place. The place itself is well located near the beach and very pleasant, and our room had a little shaded patio where we had breakfast. The room was clean and equipped with a small kitchen and an AC. Also, there are three very lovely kittens at the hotel :) Would definitely come back again if visiting Serifos again!

The views were incredible - right on the water - and the unit was extremely clean and had all the necessities we could ask for. They were very helpful and went out of their way to provide everything we needed. Katarina even helped us call to have dinner delivered one night. Each morning they brought us a little breakfast item and they were all delicious. The location was directly on the beach, in a quiet corner of the bay. It was about 15-20 minutes walking to the port. I would absolutely book with Kyma Studios again.

The location is right next to the beach with everything within walking distance—shops, restaurants, and sights—even though we had a car, we barely needed it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Serifos!

This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk and parking on-site. Location is so beautiful right on the little bay in Livadakia. We had a quiet room on the top floor. Frixos looked after us on our early arrival and provided transfers to and from the port which was very much appreciated. The cafe has great food especially for breakfast and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Very nice staff, great rooms, very good services. Great location directly at the beach but also only a 5 min walk to Livadi.
