No falta detalle en la habitación y el personal es encantador. Nos dejaron hasta una moto para ir a dar un paseo, ya que nosotros nos alojamos para descansar después de subir al volcán, pero nos gusta salir y el pueblo te pilla lejos y dependes de transporte. Se come muy bien. Estás con una tranquilidad brutal y conectado con la naturaleza. Relax 100%.

We absolutely loved this property—it was the perfect place to stay during our trip! The views of the lake are breathtaking, and the tranquil atmosphere made our stay so enjoyable. One of the highlights was having access to water equipment like kayaks, which were included in the stay—such a great perk for exploring the lake. We were pleasantly surprised by the food, especially after reading some of the previous reviews. Out of curiosity, we spoke to the hotel staff about the feedback, and they mentioned they’ve been working hard to improve. It shows! The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and gave us the perfect start to our day. The staff were wonderful—always friendly and eager to help. Getting around the property was seamless, as we never had to wait for a golf cart to take us to our room. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. From the stunning views to the thoughtful amenities and excellent service, it was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend it!
