First of all, the location is absolutely stunning — our family room had large windows with a direct view of the Himalayas. Waking up to that view was a truly magical experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was also a wonderful bonus. The staff deserves special mention — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Whether we needed to rent motorbikes, buy SIM cards, or organize excursions, everything was arranged smoothly right at the hotel. A special thanks to the owner of the hotel — you can really feel how passionate he is about what he does. He puts so much heart and care into running this place, and it shows in every detail — from the thoughtful design to the welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Ladakh. It’s a place where you feel truly welcomed and well taken care of.

My double room has a heated bed and heated floor, even in the bathroom, it is super warm for -5 degrees C outside. My room view is gorgeous with the Himalayas mountain. Highly recommend to others.
