Thank you for this amazing stay ! We got upgraded and the apartment was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy : the little kitchen, the bathroom and the rooms. We warmly recommend this place, and the location was ideal for those who want to visit the north-east of the island the next day. If we ever come back to Iceland, we will definitly come here again !

Ormurinn Cottages ligt in Egilsstadir. In de gehele accommodatie is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. The view is incredible, there is everything you need in the cottage. Also it is clean, quiet and comfortable. Definitely recommended.

Blabjorg Guesthouse ligt in het vissersdorp Borgarfjördur Eystri, op 71 km van Egilsstadir. Het beschikt over een restaurant en café. Vooral de locatie van het hotel is waanzinnig! Het is best een tocht om er te komen maar echt een hidden gem 💎 Het bijbehorende restaurant is ook erg goed.

Hengifosslodge Tiny Houses is gelegen in Egilsstaðir, op 5,8 km van Hengifoss-waterval en 45 km van Kirkjufoss, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, een privéstrand, een balkon en toegang tot de... I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay in the Hengifoss lodge. It's a dream to stay here. Once entered you're greeted by the warm smell of ember caused by the wood that was used to make this house. The colours and the layout of the room is incredibly cosy. The fireplace keeps the house (almost too) warm, and the window + terrace give an exceptional view over the lake and mountains. The hosts are also amazing and gave us the feeling that we're not only welcome, but also that they really understand why we chose to go to Iceland. We asked for help with our fireplace and the host, Isabelle, came to the rescue. She tried to help us to lit a fire but to no avail. We did however have a really good conversation. However when she left, we were content enough. Yet still she knocked on the door and winked us to come over. She told us enthusiastically that the Northern Lights were dancing and fully visible, we had to come outside! The next morning it was kind of raining, a little bit. But the sun was also shining through the clouds. The husband, Steff, called me when I was standing on the terrace. He said: "There is a rainbow there!" and pointed towards slightly behind the house I was standing in front of. I walked to the side and indeed saw a beautiful rainbow. This might not say much to other people wanting to stay there. But to me it feels like these people have such a connection with Iceland, its beauty and understand that we are there for the same connection, they told us to look at beautiful views which Iceland offers, and we were delighted to follow their guidance. Thank you Isabelle and Steff, for the warm welcome. Whenever we're in Iceland and planning to go near Eggs, we will definitely make use of your beautiful little houses.

Undiraldan - Steinholt, old music school ligt in Seyðisfjörður in de regio Oostelijk IJsland, en heeft een patio en uitzicht op de stad. Nice apartment. Comfortable beds. Best place i stayed in Iceland so far. Owner put in a lot of cares to make this place great. Thank you

Hengifosslodge Skáldahús is gelegen in Egilsstaðir, op 5,9 km van Hengifoss-waterval, en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op het meer. Cute little cottage that had everything, including stovetop and little dining room. Room was comfortable.
