An excellent location do not be put off by the bus park, you don't even know it's there. An excellent swimming pool for both adults and children. A welcoming cake, seasonal fruit and vegetables from the hosts own plot. A simple but charming play area for five year olds and above. Private secure parking. Charming and helpful hosts onsite, this was a real bonus. Very clean accommodation.

This place is amazing! Antonella and Lorenzo were the most generous and welcoming hosts. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything you need including food for you to prepare your own breakfast. They were knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. Secure parking and good internet were also helpful

We liked everything, the location, the style, the house, the pool. Very good choice. Extra is the covered car parking. The sitting place outside under the big tree is so familiar and friendly.

Rosanna met us at the parking lot because we got lost finding the right one, and she assisted us walking our luggage to the apartment in the center of Cortona. She recommended a restaurant at which we ate the second nigh there. There is AC in each of the rooms. Bathroom was updated. Large homey and comfortable space in downtown Cortona with view of Piazza Garibaldi. We had the unplanned pleasure of watching a flag throwing exhibition one night. The perfect view!

Nice host, amazing view from the terrace, we also got a little snack when we arrived with cold water. The bed was really comfortable, and it was perfectly clean. There is free parking space in front of the house. There is AC in the flat.

Great communication with the owner, excellent location in the historic centre, large spaces, free parking nearby, dog friendly, very clean, nice breakfast in local cafe.
