The host Gernando is very friendly and helpful. Great location, maybe 100 m from the lake and restaurants. Nicely equipped kitchen and bath with all necessary things, also plenty of towels. Very cute balcony with seating area. Also beautiful garden and thr whole house is very authentic. Also perfect free parking nearby which is usually unoccupied.

Recently opened B&B option on the edge of Como. Modern, spacious and comfortable rooms with large comfortable bed. Good value relative to other options in the area. Decent breakfast, on street parking nearby. Helpful and friendly owners

The location is great right in the center of Bellagio. No car access but free parking nearby. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Close to many restaurants.

Staff very welcoming and nice! Breakfast and Dinner available at the hotel. Breakfast is very good as well as the dinner! The room is spacious with lake view terrace (Unfortunately rained all stay and we enjoyed it just a little). We had shutters to block 100% the light, I loved it. The hotel has car parking lot. The hotel is 20 min walking up from the city center, maybe not good for everyone.

Everything, well appointed, everything from the stairwell from the underground car park to the interior of the room looked fresh, new and in excellent order. Room had complete interior design look about it. Information and discounts in the cafe below well thought out. Free parking great.

Pina and Marina are indeed exceptional hosts. They used translator to make sure we understood each other and gave us loads of tips of the best way to get into the city centre. The parking was easy as there is free parking nearby. Breakfast was really good and fresh and they even gave us a gift. The air conditioner in the living room is good and we initially tough it would be an issue only having a fan in the bedroom but it was actually fine.
