I was extremely lucky to live exactly in the room where I wanted to live, which I loved the most on the pictures. Have to say that it was very beautiful. Bed was great and it was SO quiet, - perfect to sleep well. Next great thing is breakfast in a cool bar nearby. Ladies at the reception were very helpful to book restaurants for dinner and call a taxi. Previously I stayed in four other hotels in Parma, but this one I considered the best.

The family who runs this accommodation is very friendly and helpful - they made us feel at home and made our 1year old daughter feel like a little princess. We will definitely be back.

Quiet place with comfortable apartments. Not very large but the washroom is amazing and we had everything we needed. 10 also to the great communication with the host. Parking, paid separately was also one of the highlights. Would definitely stay again.

The owner was waiting for me to give me the key, although I arrived in Parma late. He walked with me to the gated parking next door, showed me the code, walked me back to the entrance of the hotel, showed me the code for that. He walked me to my room, he showed me everything important. Very efficient and simple. The room had all amenities I needed and a nice view of the street. It was not big but the right size for a single traveler (got the smaller room). The parking charge is very good (5 euros) and the gentleman was kind enough to let me keep the car parked after check-out for few hours, so that I could see more of Parma. You can reach the river (and start of the old town) within 15 minutes on foot. My experience was excellent.
